Horwich Moor - The Belleplates' Group
Belleplates are musical instruments similar in sound to handbells and players use handbell music. This group has endless fun and enjoys the fellowship immensely.
They play occasionally in church and have played for Networks District 20th Birthday Party at Coppull Methodist Church in Chorley and for the Wednesday group at Halliwell Methodist Church, Bolton.
The Group meets on every other Wednesday at 2.30pm and cordially invites new members to come and try their hand.
Links have been made with the United Reform Church in Warrington. Various members from that church have travelled over from Warrington on Belleplate Practice Days and what a happy time we have all had! They have now ordered their own set of Belleplates. We are delighted to have been able to make such links with other Christian friends through music-making and are keen for them to contiue to develop.
